Power-Anchored Hyperscale Developer

Building the Infrastructure of Tomorrow, Rooted in Community

Humanity's next leap is intelligence at scale. The binding constraint is no longer algorithms or data — it is the physical infrastructure that converts energy into cognition.

Who We Are

The Physical Foundation of Intelligence at Scale

Foundrie Hyperscale Data is a power-anchored, hyperscale developer and owner platform building the physical foundation of intelligence at scale.

The Foundrie team is united by decades of experience in power, compute, and space — and a shared commitment to the communities that host our work. With a foundation in digital infrastructure, finance, and infrastructure development, we are building the physical foundation of intelligence at scale, putting communities and the individuals who live and work in them first.

Our priority is to build toward a world where intelligence at scale serves humanity, advancing human health, safety, and accessibility. We design our projects to optimize energy consumption to meet the demands of an increasingly digital world that every day grows more dependent on this foundational layer of the global economy.

How We Work

01
Phase 01 — Engage

Trust Earned with People and Place

Great infrastructure lives in great communities. What we seek are areas where we have community support, established by creating trust earned with people, with elected leaders, and with the institutions who host the work. Local partnerships have led us to states and communities where the political climate is welcoming of business, understands what is necessary to succeed on a long-term basis, and supports investing in jobs and infrastructure.

Engage — community partnership
02
Phase 02 — Develop

Power-Anchored at Every Scale

Our flagship site in Hooks, TX carries a 500 MW SWEPCO ESA ready to execute in Phase 1, with a second 500 MW SWEPCO study complete through SPP for Phase 2 — a total ~1 GW utility-deliverable platform.

Develop — power infrastructure
03
Phase 03 — Operate

Stronger Outcomes for All

Community engagement in data center development fosters transparency and builds trust between developers and local residents. By involving the community in the planning process, we gain valuable insights into local needs and concerns, allowing for more tailored project designs. With input and partnership from the community, we create unique opportunities for education, synergies, and growth.
